Field Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our Real Estate team. The candidate will be responsible for meeting clients, generating leads, conducting property visits and converting prospects into successful sales.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills, along with a strong willingness to work in the field and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads through calls, references, networking and field activities.
• Meet prospective clients and understand their property requirements.
• Conduct property/project presentations and site visits.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales.
• Handle client queries, objections and negotiations professionally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, feedback and follow-ups in CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closure.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Promote company projects and generate new business opportunities.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in Real Estate, Field Sales, Pre-Sales or Business Development.
• Graduate/Undergraduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
• Fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi.
• Good understanding of basic sales and customer handling.
• Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, Internet and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, confident and target-oriented.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence required.
